Simple Pleasures
1. Korean TV Drama
I initially thought it was just a phase and I’d outgrow them but after a few years I’m still eagerly looking for funny ones to watch. I began to have crushes on male leads as well. =P My favorite soaps include Full House (ultimate favorite!), Attic Cat/Rooftop Romance, My Name is Kim Sam Soon, My Girl (I recently gushed about in our blog), Jewel in the Palace/Dae Jang-geum, All About Eve, and Sweet 18. Korean TV Drama List here.
Yup, I’m weird. Hehe! I spend hours and hours in front of the computer reading about various crimes, why the assailant did what he/she did, how the police solved it, what happened to the perpetrator, etc. I still remember reading our big book on infamous murders when I was in elementary. I have always been fascinated by the criminal mind and wanted to become a forensic psychologist even before I finished school.
3. Online quizzes
I do not post much of my results in our blog because primarily, it’s a shared blog. Plus, I don’t want to publicize my weird results. Hehe! But, I do take them. Even before blogging and bloghopping became my addiction, I was initially addicted to taking online tests in Tickle. Now, I’m a frequent test-taker at Blogthings. I’ll rethink about sharing my test results. =D
4. Hugs
Every morning when my husband and I would get off from bed, he would give me a great big hug. I would linger for a few moments savoring the hug. When we meet across the room, he would take me in his arms and hug me. When we’re sleeping he would wrap his arms around me until we both fell asleep. I love those moments.
5. Coffee and Dark Chocolate
Two of my favorite foods in the whole world. When a piece of dark chocolate melts in my mouth, it’s pure bliss! On a busy day, a cup of coffee definitely gives me the kick I need.
