Am I putting a part of my life on hold over things that are not important? Sheesh. I do this all the time… and I hate myself for doing it to myself over and over again.

I hate it when people put other people in a box. Some people have certain stereotypes which I find really offensive. I just spoke to someone with such a perception over someone this afternoon. It really makes me sad for her.

This morning during mass, the priest told us that he was part of a board in Novaliches that reviews marriage annulments. He told us that last year there were about 15,000 cases filed in their jurisdiction. Wow! 15,000! To think that there are those other couples not wed in the Catholic church and there are some who just legally separate. What the priest said really stunned me.

I don’t want to host our office’s Christmas party! I don’t want to sing! I don’t want to dance! I just want to watch whatever will happen. I just want to sit down, laugh, eat and talk to my friends. It’s not because I can host, sing and dance means I want to do it in the party. Gawd, let me enjoy my life! But I know that come the party, I’ll be doing one of these things… maybe two. Merde talaga!
